BruCON 0X10

BruCON is an annual security and hacker conference providing two days of an interesting atmosphere for open discussions of critical infosec issues, privacy, information technology and its cultural/technical implications on society. Organized in Belgium, BruCON offers a high quality line up of speakers, security challenges and interesting workshops. BruCON is a conference by and for the security and hacker community.

The conference tries to create bridges between the various actors active in computer security world, included but not limited to hackers, security professionals, security communities, non-profit organizations, CERTs, students, law enforcement agencies, etc…..

Venue location

BruCON takes place in two locations in the beautiful city of Mechelen, a charming city with a mix of history and modern life 

Lamot Mechelen (Van Beethovenstraat 8-10, 2800 Mechelen)
The main venue for the conference, talks, workshops, and some training sessions.

Novotel Mechelen (
Hoogstraat, 2800 Mechelen)
The main venue for training sessions.

Getting there
You can reach the venue by car, with several parking options nearby, such as Parking Lamot, Hoogstraat, and Center. 
Public transport schedules are available at De Lijn.
For those traveling by train, visit Belgian Train; the venue is just a 10-minute walk from Mechelen Station.
If arriving by plane, Brussels Airport is only a 20-min drive away
